all items eligible for return for store credit must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way with original tags attached. please review the non-returnable items listed below to make sure the items you purchased are eligible for return or exchange. our team carefully checks all items for damages and/or defective areas before shipping, but if you are under the impression that you received something incorrect (size, style or color) or defective, you must let us know within 5 days of receipt by notifying us at email@example.com. we want you to love your new outfit, so please never hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

unfortunately, we cannot accept the following for refund: jewelry, bodysuits, bralettes, sunnies, cosmetics, gift items, sale items and items purchased with a discount, returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date, all items marked “FINAL SALE,” washed, worn, damaged or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke and perfume and/or stains. LUX reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and update this Policy at any time without notice.
